트루도무스의 가장 대표되는 타입은 C type이다. 이 타입의 1층 LDK 는 오픈 플랜 설계로 구현된 넓고 개방적인 공간으로, 폭 7미터에 길이 13미터의 여유로운 공간에 LDK를 일자형의 레이아웃이 특징이다.

대형 창을 통해 유입되는 자연광이 공간에 생동감을 더하며, 실내외의 경계를 부드럽게 연결한다. 이 공간의 핵심인 메인 주방은 이탈리아 프리미엄 브랜드 모듈노바 “Modulnova”와의 협업으로 탄생한 작품으

로, 세련된 디자인과 기능성을 겸비했다. 1층 LDK공간의 병풍역할을 하는 키 큰장은 미국 고급 주방 가전 브랜드 DACOR의 냉장고, 냉동고, 와인 셀러를 품격 있게 수용하며, 밀레(Miele)의 고성능 커피 머신과

오븐이 조화를 이루며 최상급 주방 경험을 약속한다. 주방 가구는 금속 질감을 살린 고급 라미네이트 마감재로 마감 처리되어 모던한 분위기를 한층 강화한다.

특히 아일랜드는 브라질산 블루 섀도 “Blue Shadow” 대리석을 사용해 길이 3미터의 웅장한 구조를 완성했다. 시각적으로 공간에 안정감과 존재감을 더하기 위해서 큰 오브제의 형태로 완성하였다. 이 대리석은

The most representative type of “TRUE DOMUS” is the C type. This type features a 1st-floor LDK designed with an open-plan layout, offering a spacious and airy environment with a width of 7 meters and a length of 13 meters, characterized by a linear layout. Natural light streaming through large windows infuses the space with vitality, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor areas. The heart of this space, the main kitchen, is a masterpiece born from a collaboration with the Italian premium brand Modulnova, blending sophisticated design with exceptional functionality. Serving as a partition for the 1st-floor LDK, the tall cabinet unit elegantly houses high-end American kitchen appliances from DACOR, including a refrigerator, freezer, and wine cellar, complemented by Miele’s high-performance coffee machine and oven, promising a top-tier culinary experience. The kitchen furniture is finished with a premium laminate material featuring a metallic texture, enhancing the modern ambiance.

Notably, the island is crafted from Brazilian Blue Shadow marble, forming a grand 3-meter-long structure designed as a significant object to add stability and presence to the space. 트로도무스의 15세대는 모두 2층의 규모로 구성되어 있다. 1층에는 가족들의 가장 많은 사용공간인 거싥과 메인주방, 식당 L.D.K 중심으로 평면의 레이아웃이 구성되어 있다. 2층에는 마스터 침실을 포함해서 평균적으로 4개의 침실이 구성되어 2층은 개인적 생활공간으로 구성되어 있고 그 중심에는 가족거실이 배치되어 자연스럽게 1층과 동선으로 연결되도록 레이아웃을 구성하였다. 기능적으로 1층과 2층을 연결해주는 계단은 트루도무스의 가장 중심이되는 디자인 요소이자 기능적 요소이다. 인테리어 디자인의 단계에서 기능적 요소를 이미 충족된 계단을 심미적으로 자연스럽게 만들기 위한 고민이 가장 큰 설계의 과정이었다. 계단과 손수침 큰 하나의 오브제로 만들어서 작은 장식적 요소를 베재하고 하나의 동선으로 흐르는 과정을 안정적으로 받아주는 조각품처럼 보이도록 설계하였다. 결과적으로 1층과 2층 플로어를 하나로 연결하는 조형적 상징으로 해석된다.

All 15 units of Trudo Mus are designed as two-story structures. The 1st floor features an open layout centered around the LDK, comprising the living room, main kitchen, and dining area, which are the most frequently used spaces by the family. The 2nd floor serves as a private living area, housing a master bedroom along with an average of four additional bedrooms, with a family living room strategically placed at the center to ensure a seamless connection with the 1st-floor circulation. The staircase, linking the 1st and 2nd floors, stands as both a

central design element and a functional feature of Trudo Mus. During the interior design phase, significant effort was devoted to enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the already functional staircase. Designed as a singular large object, the staircase incorporates subtle decorative elements and flows as a cohesive circulation path, resembling a stable, sculptural piece. Ultimately, it is interpreted as a unifying sculpture connecting the 1st and 2nd-floor layouts.

트루도무스의 15세대는 모두 2층에 마스터 존을 배치했다. 마스터 존은 일반적으로 마스터 침실, 드레스룸, 욕실로 구성되며, 일부 타입에는 서재가 포함되기도 한다. 15개의 마스터 침실은 편리성과 심미성을 동시에 고려해 각기 다른 레이아웃을 갖췄으며, 기본 구성은 다음과 같다. 약 3미터 길이의 세면대, 개별 샤워실, 양변기실로 나뉜 공간, 그리고 외부 시야를 차단하면서도 내부에서 외부 전망을 허용하는 창 옆에 오픈형 욕조를 적합한 위치에 설치했다. 거주자는 외부 조망을 감상하며 욕조를 즐길 수 있는 럭셔리한 생활을 누릴 수 있다. 마감재로는 세계 최고 세라믹 브랜드 이탈리아 아리오스테아 “Ariostea” 의 “Calacatta Macchia Vecchia” 를 적용해 고급스러움을 강조했다. 수전은 이탈리아 제시 “Gessi” 제품을 브론즈 색상으로 커스터마이징해 트루도무스만의 독창성을 더했다. 전체 인테리어 마감은 통일성과 차별성을 동시에 경험할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

All 15 units of Trudo Mus feature a master zone located on the 2nd floor. The master zone typically comprises a master bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom, with some types also including a study. The 15 master bedrooms are designed with individual layouts, balancing convenience and aesthetics. The standard configuration includes a sink approximately 3 meters wide, separate shower and toilet areas, and an open bathtub strategically placed near a window that blocks external views while allowing an outward perspective from inside.

Residents can enjoy a luxurious lifestyle, soaking in the tub while taking in the external scenery. The finish features Calacatta Macchia Vecchia from Ariostea, Italy’s premier ceramic brand, exuding sophistication. Faucets from the Italian brand Gessi are custom-ordered in a bronze finish, enhancing Trudo Mus’s distinct identity. The interior finishes are crafted to offer both uniformity and uniqueness, enriching the user experience.
