THE NINE JEJU

더나인 제주 프로젝트는 제주도 국제학교 메인 도로에 인접한 대지에 위치한 독창적인 주거 프로젝트로, 9세대가 각기 다른 주거 유형으로 구성된 단일 건축물로 설계되었다. 이 프로젝트는 대지의 고유한 지형적 특성을 활용하여, 접근 도로보다 낮은 지대에 위치함으로써 별도의 대지 조성 없이도 자연스럽게 지하 1층부터 건축물이 시작되는 구조를 구현한다.

지하 1층은 주차 공간과 함께, 대지와 직접 연결된 개별 정원을 갖춘 독특한 유니트로 구성된다. 모든 세대는 단독주택의 공간적 개방감을 제공하기 위해 복층 구조로 설계되었으며, 각 세대는 유기적으로 연결된 평면 레이아웃을 통해 개별성을 유지하면서도 조화로운 전체성을 이룬다. 특히 상부층 유니트는 개별 테라스를 포함한 전용 외부 정원을 조성하여, 아파트라는 주거 형태에서 부족할 수 있는 독립적 외부 공간의 가치를 극대화하였다.

이 프로젝트는 제주도의 자연환경과 조화를 이루며, 다양한 주거 유형과 개별성을 강조한 설계를 통해 차별화된 주거 경험을 제공한다.

The Nine Jeju Project is a distinctive residential development located on a site adjacent to the main road of an international school in Jeju Island, designed as a single architectural structure comprising nine unique residential units. Leveraging the site’s inherent topographical characteristics, the project is positioned lower than the access road, allowing the building to naturally commence from the basement level without extensive site grading.

The basement level incorporates parking facilities and exclusive units featuring private gardens directly connected to the ground. All units are designed with a duplex structure to evoke the spaciousness of single-family homes, with each unit featuring organically interconnected floor plans that maintain individuality while achieving harmonious integration. Notably, the upper-level units include private terraces with dedicated outdoor gardens, enhancing the value of independent external spaces often lacking in apartment-style residences.

Harmonizing with Jeju Island’s natural environment, this project delivers a differentiated living experience through its diverse residential typologies and emphasis on individuality.

더나인 제주 프로젝트의 인테리어 디자인은 복층 구조로 설계된 단위 세대의 특성을 살려 계단을 공간의 중심 요소로 활용한다. 디자인의 핵심 주제는 자연스러움과 모던함의 조화로, 따뜻한 베이지 톤의 벽과 천장 마감, 천연 원목 마루, 그리고 포세린 타일로 구성된 바닥 마감재를 통해 편안하고 세련된 분위기를 구현한다.

모든 세대에는 이탈리아 프리미엄 주방 브랜드 "Modulnova"의 주방 시스템을 설치하여 고급스러운 기능성을 더했다. 2.7미터 길이의 천연 대리석 아일랜드 주방과 별도의 보조 주방을 설계하여 사용자의 편의를 극대화하였다. 또한, 각 침실에는 맞춤형 수납 가구를 배치하여 공간 활용도를 높였으며, 비정형 평면이 적용된 경우에는 더욱 충분한 수납 공간을 설계하여 비효율적인 공간을 최소화했다.

이러한 인테리어 설계는 실용성과 미학을 균형 있게 결합하여, 제주도의 자연환경과 조화를 이루는 고품질의 주거 경험을 제공한다.

Interior Layout of The Nine Jeju Project

The interior design of The Nine Jeju Project capitalizes on the duplex structure of its residential units, positioning the staircase as a central design element. The overarching theme of the design blends natural elegance with modern sophistication, achieved through warm beige-toned wall and ceiling finishes, natural hardwood flooring, and porcelain tiles that create a refined yet inviting ambiance.

Each unit is equipped with kitchen systems from the premium Italian brand "Modulnova," ensuring both luxury and functionality. A 2.7-meter-long natural marble island kitchen, complemented by a secondary auxiliary kitchen, enhances user convenience. Furthermore, every bedroom incorporates custom-built storage solutions to optimize functionality. In units with irregular floor plans, additional storage spaces are strategically designed to eliminate spatial inefficiencies.

This interior design approach seamlessly balances practicality and aesthetics, delivering a high-quality living experience that harmonizes with Jeju Island’s natural surroundings.
